1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website https://www.print2frame.xyz, accessing the fabrication portal https://portal.print2frame.xyz, or commissioning any fabrication or printing orders from Print To Frame Pvt Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services
Print To Frame specializes in precision roll-formed Light Gauge Steel (LGS) framing, high-resolution digital flex printing, commercial signboards, tuition banner frames, and billboard mounting systems in Kadawatha, Sri Lanka.
3. Quotations & Payment Milestones
- Advance Deposit: A minimum advance deposit (standard 75% advance) is required prior to steel roll-forming and flex printing operations.
- Final Settlement: The remaining balance is payable upon production completion prior to delivery or installation handover.
4. Client Artwork & Intellectual Property
Customers must warrant that they own or hold appropriate licenses for all logos and artwork submitted for printing. Print To Frame Pvt Ltd is indemnified against any trademark or copyright infringement arising from client-provided graphics.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
